Grilled Sirloin Steak and Garlic Cream Sauce
For this special and luscious dish, you need four steaks, a tablespoon of coarse black pepper, two cups heavy cream, two tablespoons chopped garlic, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon pepper, a teaspoon of beef base, a teaspoon of vegetable oil and a slice of butter.
Sprinkle pepper and salt on both sides of the steaks. Spray vegetable oil onto steaks to prevent from sticking on the grill. Place a small saucepan over medium heat. Melt butter in the pan and sauté garlic in the pan for a minute. Pour in the heavy cream and mix. Wait until the mixture simmers. Season the mixture with ½ teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon pepper. Stir in the beef base. Place the meat on the grill. Cook for eight minutes to 10 minutes on each side. Serve with the sauce.
Onion Buttered Grilled Sirloin
The ingredients for this recipe are four pounds sirloin steak, ½ cup butter, ¼ cup fresh minced parsley, ¼ cup minced onion, two teaspoons Worcestershire sauce and ½ teaspoon dry mustard. In addition to these ingredients, the dish contains ½ teaspoon black pepper and ½ teaspoon salt for seasoning.
Make a slit on the edges of the meat. Season the steak with salt and pepper. Mix the butter, parsley, onion, Worcestershire sauce and dry mustard in a bowl. Transfer the mixture in a saucepan. Mix the ingredients and heat for three minutes. Transfer the sauce in a clean bowl. Set aside.
Spray oil on the grill to avoid the meat from sticking into the grill. Light the grill and preheat. Place the steak on the grill and cook each side for around five to eight minutes. If you want the meat to be rare, cook each side for five minutes. However, if you want the steak to be medium rare, then you need to grill each side of the meat for seven minutes to eight minutes. After grilling the meat, place it on a plate. Pour the sauce on the meat and serve with a cup of rice.
